Every year we bring on board cadets from major universities across the country who have proven to become our successful future leaders. The majority of our leaders and specialist team members commenced as cadets.

Working on a variety of landmark construction projects, you’ll develop both technical and leadership skills while rotating through various sectors and practices: quantity surveying and construction cost management, building and engineering cost management, infrastructure cost engineering, advisory services, facilities management and sustainability.

We’re rolling out a program that is competency based and that includes:

  •     Program rotations
  •     Mentoring from experienced specialists within our business
  •     On the job technical training
  •     Leadership development program
  •     Systems training
