WT Partnership was the appointed Quantity Surveyors in the Mott Consortium responsible for the design and tender documentation of the new Hong Kong International Airport Main Terminal Building on behalf of the Provisional Airport Authority (PAA).

Barangaroo South will be a true mixed use precinct consisting of commercial office buildings, residential apartments, an international hotel, shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural facilities.

The precinct provides world class accommodation for the ongoing scientific endeavour of major chemistry and biological sciences teaching and research within the University.

WT Partnership provided Major Projects Victoria with high level cost estimates for infrastructure works associated with the redevelopment of 25ha of land between Docklands and North Melbourne.
Staged extension and redevelopment of this major regional shopping centre to provide new retail, malls, Coles Supermarket, Target, mini majors such as JB HiFi, restaurants and a “Glasshouse” dining precinct, a new library for Brisbane City Council and extensive car parking and roadworks.
