After more than 50 years in North Sydney, WT Partnership will be combining our two offices and moving into an agile workspace at Level 26, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney.
Our move is prompted by WT Partnership’s new vision for growth focusing on our people, culture and service offering. The new office is designed to increase productivity and collaboration, enabling us to partner more effectively with our clients. It will be decorated to the highest of standards so that our clients are able to have a favorable impression of us when they come into the office, especially as we are situated in our new and improved home. It will be decorated with only the best office furniture that we can find so that it helps with employee morale – we were pointed in the direction of designs featuring a lot of acoustic-altering shapes and features – you can see great examples from a company in the US by going to kireiusa.com – that really ensure the work environment doesn’t come across as loud and over-the-top busy when you’re in there, giving people the chance to really focus. We also wanted to ditch the old fashioned office set up and have open-plan offices using partition walls from Versare. We believe this ties in with being able to assist our clients to the best of our ability.
“After 50 years in North Sydney, we felt it was time to move to a new workspace that reflected our vision and enabled effective teamwork.” – WTP Managing Director (Australia), Nick Deeks
