WT Partnership is providing superintendent and independent certifiers services for the Department of Planning and Community Development’s $350 million two stage McNab Avenue Development.

Stage One of the development incorporates a 13 storey A-Grade government service building providing accommodation for around 1,200 employees plus retail tenancies to the ground floor.

Stage two includes 600 apartments comprised of a mix of student, private residential and affordable housing units.
