1 Williams Street comprises approximately 75,000 m2 NLA of commercial office space housing 60,000 m2 of Government offices together with integrated fitout and a further 15,000 m2 NLA of private office space together with retail facilities and car parking. The target completion date is 30 November 2016. The WTP team has been involved from the outset of the Bid Phase and is now providing cost planning, value management and construction cost administration services.
Following the recent successful completion of 111 Eagle Street, this is another milestone project adding to our commercial portfolio which includes other Brisbane landmarks such as The Riverside Centre, 55 Elizabeth St, 108 Wickham St and Wesley House.
