Arrow Energy Fitout, Brisbane

The Arrow Energy fitout consisted of the fitout of Levels 31 – 40 in the newly constructed 111 Eagle St, Brisbane.

The fitout comprised a feature entry and reception area, open plan office space, feature breakout areas and utility space. Specialist work areas within the new environment that differ from the traditional floor layouts include The Energy Trading Group, large communications rooms to support future control rooms and Real Time Management Centre which allows Arrow gas rigs to be remotely monitored and operated.

A defining feature of the fitout is the glass and steel staircase leading up through each of the levels which supports Arrow’s key aspiration to improve the culture within the organization by connecting its people.

WT was engaged by Paragon Project Management to undertake Quantity Surveying services throughout the duration of the project from the indicative cost planning stage, to the tender review process and then into post contract and tax deprecation.
