WTP provided quantity surveying services to ANZ and Mirvac from concept design phase for Ascot Chase, Newsom Street, Ascot Vale.

The development included approximately 400 dwellings on 16 hectares of land bounded by Walter Street, the Walter Street Reserve, Newsom Street, Stanford Street and Doncaster Street in Ascot Vale.

The project comprised providing an Initial Financier’s Report and progress draw down reports for both civil and residential housing works.
