Located on Southbank Boulevard near the corner of City Road, the 319 m tall, 100 level, Australia 108 apartment tower will be the tallest residential tower in the Southern Hemisphere.

Designed by Fender Katsilidis, the building will include an architectural Starburst located in the higher reaches of the building. The Starburst is designed to replicate the Federation Star on the Australian Flag, and will house residents’ facilities including residents’ lounge, bar, theatre, pool, sauna and steam room to level 69 and gym and yoga studio to level 70. Level 99 features a second residents’ lounge including a chefs kitchen and function area.

Level 11 includes a residents’ recreation area including pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor dining.

The project will include 1,105 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses plus one luxurious four bedroom penthouse.

WT has been engaged by the developer since 2013 to provide estimating, cost planning and construction cost management. Construction is expected to be completed in 2020.
