WT have recently been involved in the construction of Commbank Stadium for Infrastructure NSW. The existing Pirtek Stadium has been redeveloped into Commbank Stadium, a state-of-the art sports hub that can seat up-to 30,000 people.

We assisted with the cost-planning strategy on the $360 million project.  As experienced stadium specialists, having worked on majority of the major stadia works across the country, we were able to benchmark costs on Bankwest stadium against previous stadium work.

“WT was able to keep this immense project on a budget. Our team has proven ability in providing early cost estimates prior to the design being developed, which is essential to deliver the best value within agreed budget parameters,” said Gary Mayor, State Director at WT.

The new stadium is truly a game changer for Australian sport and Western Sydney. The whole stadium is designed to enhance fan experience with the steepest grand stand in the country and the front row being only 5 metres away from the sidelines.

“The stadium will reset the benchmark for tier 2 stadia, as the design is geared towards creating an incredible experience for spectators, bringing fans closer to the action than ever before. From the comfort of their seats, spectators can order food and beverages, view statistics and results and watch replays. The new ground-breaking technology will revolutionise how people view rugby league,” Gary Mayor added.
