WT provided quantity surveying and superintendent services to Australian Unity for their innovative Carlton Wellbeing Precinct.
Featuring a large central park, the project incorporates three standalone buildings comprising a mix of retirement living, aged and assisted care accommodation options, and community services with a range of associated services focusing on wellbeing.
The lifestyle focused aged care facility supports positive ageing and prolonged life enjoyment with aged care beds (high & low care), transitional beds, and assisted living apartments.
The Wellbeing Centre is the centrepiece of the development and is accessible to the general public. It includes a day respite/rehab centre, physio/podiatry, seniors gym, hydrotherapy pool, medical consulting/treatment suites, cafe & education, beauty spa and supportive associated mixed-retail health.
The project forms part of the wider Living Carlton project.
