Collins House will be a 267 No. premium apartment development on the existing Makers Mark site near the corner of William and Collins Streets.

The site is approximately 700 m² and the tower circa 60 No. levels creating a tall pencil-tower like structure.

The concept of a home/office ‘loft’ has generated a number of apartment types which fit within the quarter-floor module. By aligning the wet areas and services stacks within each type, Collins House offers a range of apartment types, ranging from two and three bedroom apartments to double storey loft apartments.

The apartment design also delivers modularity and a flexibility of layouts. Large operable walls allow for open plan warehouse style spaces to be operated as a workplace or partitioned off as separate bedroom spaces.

WTP has been engaged by Golden Age for full cost planning services and post contract cost management and will also act as the Financier’s verifying Quantity Surveyor during construction.
