The 18,000 m² mixed use Conservatory on Hindmarsh development comprises a basement housing a gymnasium and building services, ground floor retail and lobbies, 4 levels of car parking, 5 levels of 5 Star GreenStar office accommodation and 53 No apartments from Levels 10 to 18 inclusive.

GreenStar innovations include photovoltaic cells mounted on the façade and roof, a mini gas turbine, rainwater capture and use, water saving sanitaryware and energy efficient lighting to name a few.

WT Partnership provided full Cost Management Services on the project inclusive of an exhaustive GMP negotiation phase with Bovis Lend Lease.
