David has evolved WT beyond the traditional role of a quantity surveyor, expanding our capacity as a client advisor across the full project lifecycle.
David joined WT Melbourne in 1988 and was appointed a Director in 1999.
David manages the various services offered by WT, from feasibility studies and master planning at project inception through to pre-contract cost planning and post-contract cost control, to tax depreciation schedules and repairs and maintenance budgets.
He has vast experience working for Project Financiers and has acted as Independent Certifier on significant Public Private Partnership projects including Southern Cross Station and Victorian County Court. This broad experience allows David and his team to assist developer clients by acting as the Client’s Representative or as the Project Superintendent administering the contract.
