Lend Lease’s redevelopment of the former Channel Nine studios in Richmond’s Bendigo Street, to be known as Studio Nine, will include 178 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in six towers above a podium and basement with the apartment buildings situated around a central park and garden.

The development also includes 34 apartments located within the envelope of the original heritage listed Wertheim Pianos factory building plus 24 three bedroom townhouses and 14 two bedroom townhouses with their own street frontages.

The project included extensive demolition and site preparation works plus civil and infrastructure works for which WT Partnership acted as Superintendent.
