The Stage 5 redevelopment of Eastland Shopping Centre includes the extension of the existing shopping centre to effectively double the size from 68,000 m2 to 132,000 m2 including the introduction of David Jones and Target. The Development includes for a new Council library and Ringwood Town square to be completed by October 2016.

WT assisted QIC with cost planning and Tendering of the works as well as masterplanning for the development including mixed use development of commercial offices and public market place.

WT  also provided full quantity surveying services for the construction works including measurement of Bills of Quantities, negotiations with contractors, progress claim assessment and review of future variations.
