Featherbrook Shopping Centre comprised the greenfield development of a neighbourhood centre, providing a full size supermarket, speciality shops, an enclosed entry mall and food court, two level commercial office and an architecturally striking free standing block of three restaurants.

Other features included al fresco dining areas and landscaping incorporating eco-friendly rainwater swales and high quality sight and sound screening to loading areas.

Central Equity engaged WT to provide full quantity surveying services during master planning, schematic and design development stages, tender evaluation and post contract services through construction phase to final account.
