The Club Stand is a $128 million state-of-the-art facility that revolutionises the raceday experience with premium hospitality offerings and greatly enhanced visibility of the track. The Stand is the tenth grandstand built at Flemington since 1865.

The new five-level stand occupies nearly the same footprint as the former, but with increased capacity. The 360-degree panorama capitalises on the energy of racedays, with outlooks towards the Racetrack, the Mounting Yard, Members Lawn, Parade Ring, Day Stalls, Betting Ring, and Winning Post.

Thirteen different hospitality venues, including the iconic Roof Garden, provide an unrivalled raceday and events experience.

WT was appointed in 2012 by the Victoria Racing Club to provide cost planning and estimating services for the new Members’ Club Stand. WT was engaged to provide assistance during the six month tender documentation period and also to provide post contract cost management during construction.

The Stand was completed in time for the Spring Racing Carnival in 2018.
