Green Square Town Centre will be the commercial, retail and cultural heart where people live, work, shop, dine out, are entertained and enjoy a range of cultural activities.

The Town Centre will be a highly accessible place, through walking, cycling or public transport. It will provide a range of open spaces including parks and plaza areas which will offer places for relaxation, recreation and venues for community events. Community buildings will be provided including the re-use of the heritage buildings of the former Royal South Sydney Hospital.

WT has provided independent cost estimating services on the project for 6 years, initially through Landcom and Cadence Project Management and later with the City of Sydney (CoS) and Aurecon.

Our team also worked with CoS negotiating the civil, infrastructure and public domain works with the Mirvac/Leighton JV consortium.

We have recently been appointed by CoS to provide cost consultancy services for essential infrastructure, remediation, roads and green infrastructure.
