Barangaroo is Sydney’s largest urban renewal project since the 2000 Olympics and one of the most significant waterfront transformations anywhere in the world. International Towers Sydney is Australia’s premier commercial precinct, offering scale and quality that is benchmarked against the best office developments in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai.

The three-high-rise premium grade office buildings, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, has been awarded a 6 Star GreenStar Office Design rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.

We were proud to be the quantity surveyor for over 160,000m2 of commercial space for a number of organisations at International Towers Sydney, Barangaroo. These organisations come from a wide variety of sectors including financial institutions, lawyers, accountants and all required a flexible and sustainable workplace to enhanced productivity and innovation. The large, adaptable floor plates at Barangaroo provided the integration of advanced technology infrastructure throughout the development and helped improve operating efficiency and sustainability. The project includes workplaces which challenge tradition, moving to Activity Based Workstations, improved connectivity and the creation of agile micro communities.
