Kevin Davis
National Director
Kevin leads WT’s National Infrastructure Group working on infrastructure projects which improve our cities.
Since joining WT, Kevin has provided both cost engineering and quantity surveying services to a range of clients across many different sectors including commercial, transportation, tertiary education, residential, aged care and retirement living, student accommodation and urban renewal projects.
Kevin has extensive experience in the provision of high level feasibilities and pre and post contract cost planning services for a variety of major infrastructure projects across all contract types.
Additionally Kevin has provided cost planning services on a number of major master planning projects, Voluntary Planning Agreements (VPA), S94 and Capital Investment Value (CIV) projects.
Kevin’s experience includes provision of full pre and post contract services on projects such as local authority housing, heritage refurbishment, Ministry of Defence (Royal Ordnance facilities), University research facilities, student accommodation and rail station upgrades for Rail track.
Kevin migrated to Australia joining WT in 2008 having gained considerable experience working in the private sector in Scotland. He was appointed as a Director of WT in 2014.
