WT provided full cost management services for the new Learning and Teaching Building (“LTB”). The project provides a first-class learning experience, combining a number of tiered lecture theatres, flat-floor classrooms, media lounges, laptop bars and group and individual lounge settings.

The latest technology is incorporated for advanced learning and connectivity.

“The Kiln” is a signature feature of the Learning and Teaching Building’s design. It is a series of large brick-clad areas containing modern learning spaces at the centre of the new building. These bricked spaces are suspended above ground level so students can occupy them underneath, imitating an amplified conversation pit.

Also included is a new 300 space underground carpark, new campus Bus Interchange and transit facilities and a redevelopment of the Southern Precinct external landscape.
