The new development, South Australia’s largest private hospital, replaced the aging facility on the corner of Wakefield and Hutt Streets in Adelaide.
The hospital includes space for A&E department, medical imaging, various procedure rooms, cardiology suite, critical and coronary care units, allied health areas, orthopaedic, neurological, surgical and rehabilitation IPU areas, consulting rooms, group meetings, therapy procedures and 3 levels of basement car parking.
We specifically used our experience on the Norwest Private Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital to maximise the value for money obtained on the project whilst incorporating world’s best practice and current TS11 and Aus HFG standards into the design.
We provided full cost management services and audit QS services on the project.
