Golden Age Group’s latest development at 450 St Kilda Road incorporates demolition of the existing outdated office building and construction of a 18 storey hotel and apartment building.

The development will include four levels of basement car parking, ground floor lobby and café, a gym, pool, spa and sauna to level 1 and 232 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

WTP has been working with Sinclair Brook and Golden Age Group since early feasibility stage providing estimates and cost planning. Our team will assist the developer through construction.
