WT was engaged by SP Setia in 2011 to assist with the cost management and financial verification services associated with their landmark Parque development.

The project is situated on a 9,000 m² site with 5,500 m² reserved for a Paul Bangay designed private residents’ garden and a 25 metre infinity rooftop pool.

The development includes 332 one, two and three bedroom apartments and was constructed in a unique ‘wave’ form with 11 levels at the front, but only eight levels at the centre of the development so views to the Shrine of Remembrance remain unrestricted, before rising to 19 levels at the rear.

WT assisted Setia with cost planning, Builders Bills of Quantities and tender management and provided post contract cost management during construction.

The project was completed in December 2016.
