Located on the site of the old Savoy Theatre on the corner of Spencer and Bourke Street, the 79-storey Premier Tower will comprise a mixture of apartments, hotel, guest and resident recreational spaces and street-level cafes and retail units.

The development will also include a heated pool, gymnasium, barbeque area, virtual golf, billiards and poker rooms, theatre rooms and a variety of other residential facilities.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser, the design features a distinctive wave-like curve facade inspired by Beyonce’s curves.

WT was engaged by the developer in 2013 to provide estimating, cost planning and construction cost management. The project is due for completion in 2020.
