Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology’s new project is their Queensland Headquarters for administration and pathology analysis. The site sits in the Markwell Street West precinct between Markwell Street and Harworth Street.

The project is divided into two stages. The second stage allows for future growth of the company. The initial stage includes approximately 12,000 NLA of administration and laboratory space and the second stage includes approximately 6,000 m2 of additional expansion space. Stage 1 will include all basement construction.

WT has been engaged by the Project Manager to provide full QS services, including but not limited to Budget Development, Value Management, Bills of Quantities and Post Contract Administration.
