WT provided pre contract cost planning advice to Construction Control from concept design up to tender stage. The project derives its name from its funder, Canberra Airport owner, philanthropist and Old Boy of Canberra Grammar School, Mr Terry Snow.

Opening in mid-2014, the centre houses twelve classrooms for the teaching of Asian languages, geography, history, economics and culture, and it will include an indoor and an outdoor amphitheatre for lectures, an exhibition area, open learning spaces, student collaboration pods and video conferencing facilities to link lessons with schools and universities around the world.

In addition, the building includes a centre for research and development in twenty-first century teaching and learning, to be run in collaboration with the Australian National University’s world-leading College of Asia and the Pacific and the University of Canberra’s Faculty of Education.
