Stockland Developments’ landmark mixed use Tooronga Village development included:

The development features a mix of medium and high density housing including two residential towers of 8 and 10 stories with basement car parking. The development also includes a retail centre which houses a Coles supermarket plus 20 speciality tenancies and commercial office space.

The development is at the forefront of design, quality and amenity, representing an excellent opportunity to leverage off the site’s high profile position.

WTP was commissioned in 2006 to undertake a detailed cost plan based on the concept design for the overall development scheme, to inform and lead the design through to completion.
