Golden Age Development Group/ANZ Banking Group
WT provided full quantity surveying and construction cost management services for Golden Age Development Group’s third Melbourne residential development, the 76 storey Victoria One building on the corner of Franklin and Elizabeth Streets.
The development, which at the time of construction was the second tallest residential building in Melbourne, comprises 629 one, two and three bedroom apartments over 69 levels, ground floor retail and car parking to the basement and podium levels 2 to 8.
A wrap of apartments conceals the parking levels along the western and southern frontages whilst residential amenities located on levels 9, 44 and 64 include a pool, spa, gym and a communal entertaining area.
The tower’s facade includes silver fin elements which cascade down the face of the tower while coloured green glazing is representative of Victoria’s status as the ‘Garden State’.
WT also provided financial verification services to the project financier, the ANZ Banking Group.
