The Central Market Arcade is one of the cornerstones of the Market District located in Victoria Square adjacent the Adelaide Central Market which attracts some 8.5 million visitors each year. The Central Market Redevelopment is to be smart, green, liveable and creative.

The project comprises the construction of a mixed-use development including car parking, retail space, hotel, commercial office and residential apartments (overall 35 No. levels high).  It will consist of 1 No. basement level, 5 No. podium levels, and 3 No. towers (one with 8 No. levels, one with 11 No. levels, and one with 29 No. levels).

The commercial office areas are to be A-grade office tenancies suitable for a government tenant.  The hotel rooms are to be a 4-star offering and the residential offering is a mid-range investor grade product.
