Coming off the success of URBNSURF Melbourne, the URBNSURF Sydney project will be the latest world leading surf park facility, situated at Sydney Olympic Park.
At the core of URBNSURF Sydney is a 17,500m2 Wavegarden surf lagoon designed to accommodate up to 80 surfers per hour. The surf lagoon with the Wavegarden “Cove” wave generating technology, will deliver up to 1,000 authentic surfing waves per hour, of up to 2.1m in height, and 14 seconds in duration. LED lagoon lighting allowing surfing night and day.
Ancillary Amenities:
- Quality licensed café, roof top bar and beach club.
- A Fully equipped pro-shop.
- The Academy – run in conjunction with world recognised sports science organisations based at Sydney Olympic Park, will deliver training programmes for all levels of surfing (beginner to elite) and host a range of “surf-fit” styled personal and group fitness classes.
We were engaged to carry out full pre contract Estimating from Concept through Design Development to Tender, as well as Tender Reviews and Recommendations.
We are now carrying out Post Contract QS Services including Progress Claim and Variation Assessments.
