David provides our clients with realistic advice which maximises developer yields and delivers better outcomes for end users.
David brings diverse industry knowledge and prides himself on providing realistic and valuable cost advice.
He has specialist expertise in the delivery of major precinct and urban renewal projects and brings extensive experience across all major industry sectors including commercial, hospitality, retail, residential and civic projects.
David is involved from feasibility studies and master planning at the inception of projects through cost planning and cost control to tax depreciation schedules, replacement cost, and repairs and maintenance advice.
He has also acted as an expert witness, successfully representing clients in both arbitration and court actions.
David is an active advocate of our cadet mentoring initiatives and has been a mentor of Melbourne University’s Careers Programme since 2005. He has also been a guest lecturer at Melbourne University providing Property graduates with insights into feasibility studies.
David joined WT in 1996 as a cadet and was appointed as a Director in 2008.
