Ian’s focus on technical excellence and achieving clients’ objectives is intrinsic to securing successful project outcomes.
Ian has an industry reputation for technical excellence and achieving clients’ objectives. His skills include feasibility analysis and business case maximisation, procurement strategies, budgetary frameworks for design control, value improvement and cost economies, market assessments and tender evaluation.
His participation in the evaluation of several design competitions and assessment of design fees provides a clear insight to undertaking assessments against set criteria.
Ian has actively participated in numerous value management teams to provide cost critical and innovative solutions to achieve value for money for clients. At construction stage he possesses detailed experience in financial reporting, control group meetings, contingency management, auditing of construction management type contracts, change management processes and performance bonus calculations.
Ian specialises in institutional and government projects and has extensive experience across all major industry sectors.
He joined WT in 2009 as a Director in our Melbourne office.
