Paul understands his clients key commercial and social drivers. This understanding combined with his knowledge of the consequences that early decisions can make enables Paul to become an invaluable contributor to the client in the early stages and at key crossroads of any project.
Paul’s breadth of experience includes the provision of quantity surveying, project management and planning, and supervisor services from feasibility stage to final account across a range of sectors.
He takes responsibility for pre and post- contract control; feasibility studies; measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for building and services trades; preparation and presentation of contract documentation; value engineering; contract administration; contract negotiation; settlement of final account claims; preparation of expert reports; tax depreciation advice; whole of life cost advice and strategic procurement advice.
During his time at WT Paul has been responsible many commercial projects and successfully provided services from conception to completion. In 2000 Paul became an Associate of WT and a Director in 2006.
