Phil works with some of Australia’s largest organisations to deliver on their vision for the future of the workplace with exciting new spaces.
Phil assists clients such as News Limited, UBS AG, Ernst Young, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Blake Dawson Waldron, Minter Ellison, and others with advice on their property holdings and tenancy fitouts right across Australia.
His advice spans the whole property lifecycle from due diligence of identified locations through lease negotiations to design and construction to provision of tax depreciation advice of base building and tenancy fitouts.
Phil joined WT in 1987 and was appointed a Director 2000. He is an Executive Director of WT acting as the Finance Director for the practice.
