Simon Hensley
National Director
First joining WT 22 years ago, Simon was appointed Director in 2010, having developed an expertise in overseeing mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, retail, independent living, aged-care, student accommodation, and hospitality developments through from concept to completion.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Simon welcomes change and views challenges through a learner’s mindset; recognising both as a chance to develop and hone one’s skills.
Focused on the growth and success of the business, Simon’s vision for 2023 consists of developing and empowering those around him, strategising and cultivating stronger relationships, and identifying new markets and opportunities to cement WT as a true leader in the industry.
