Clients seek out Stuart for his strong client relationships, his portfolio of diverse projects and his ability to identify project risk and opportunity.
Stuart brings significant experience in the civic, commercial, fitout, retail, sports and infrastructure sectors across all stages of project delivery from inception through to operation.
His particular fields of expertise include due diligence, masterplanning, cashflow reporting, project benchmarking, cost planning, bills of quantities, financier’s reports, project expenditure reporting, project tender analysis, environmental and innovation analysis, tax depreciation schedules and dispute resolution work.
He also has specialist skills as a contract superintendent and providing expert witness reports in litigation support.
Stuart is responsible for maintaining our Data and Technology systems within the Melbourne office and is currently President of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (Vic).
Stuart joined WT as a Graduate in 1997 and was appointed a Director in 2008. He has also spent time in our UK and Singapore offices.
