Tim Roberts
Executive Director
Tim joined WT in 1993 as a cadet quantity surveyor. Today, he is Executive Director of WT in Australia and CEO of WT in Canada, USA and the Middle East.
Tim thrives on empowering the best people in our industry, being part of the best and biggest projects, contributing to the communities where we operate and delivering innovative cost management solutions to create value for our clients.
Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of projects spanning tunnels, road and rail, airports, ports and civic precincts, major sporting stadiums and training facilities, tall buildings, residential, hotels, commercial buildings and fitouts, health care and judicial and education projects.
As an infrastructure specialist, Tim acts as Director-in-Charge of multiple capital works programs overseeing delivery of cost management and quantity surveying services for high value complex capital works projects. He also acts as Project Director on high rise residential and hotel projects as well as PPP social infrastructure projects.
