The West Development is a new housing and commercial development located on what was previously SA’s Football Park located in West Lakes SA and comprises several stages of build.

WT carried out the initial Feasibility Estimates for our client and are now engaged in providing the cost management services providing monthly progress reports associated for the following project stages:

  • Jasmine Apartments – 4 levels, 26 No apartments
  • Ocea Apartments – 3 levels, 42 No residential apartments and Retail shell of 630m2 and 118m2
  • Salt Apartments – 4 levels,29 No apartments
  • The Gallery Apartments – 4 levels, 19 No apartments
  • The Grange Apartments – 4 levels, 31 No apartments
  • Ivy Apartments – 4 levels, 18 No apartments
  • Valo Apartments – 4 levels, 28 No apartments and 7 double car stackers totalling 33 No carparks.
