WT has been engaged by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) to provide a Verification Report and ongoing Cost to Complete Reporting for the Proposed Student accommodation tower by GSA at 266 North Terrace, Adelaide SA.

The project comprises the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new 35 level, 725 beds student accommodation tower including associated community spaces, and all service infrastructure.

The construction consists of deep concrete piled footings, concrete superstructure including precast feature columns and spandrels, and off-form suspended slabs, glazed façade with sunshades, public realm landscaping and upgrade to external services and infrastructure.

The building will be ‘‘combined with a café and retail space, the hub will enable collaboration between students and business leaders by providing dedicated spaces where students can hone their commercial skills, while enjoying the experience of living and working with their peers and forming a career.”
