The 600 Church Street commercial office development is located in Cremorne’s growing technology precinct, dubbed ‘Silicon Valley.’

The approved development comprises 5,264 sqm of office space and 535 sqm of retail space over eight levels. It includes a landscaped rooftop terrace, in addition to 71 car spaces, 100 bicycle parks and extensive end of trip facilities located within three levels of basement car parking.

The light-filled design of 600 Church Street takes inspiration from the facets of a cut diamond or shattered ice, reflecting the new business paradigm of transparency and innovation.

Designed by Wood Marsh Architecture, the building acts as a contemporary response to the area’s industrial heritage and will sit as a sculptural landmark in Cremorne.
