WT congratulates The APP Group on being awarded a multi-year Project Delivery Services contract with the Australian Department of Defence. This significant appointment will see The APP Group lead the delivery of comprehensive program and project management services across Defence’s extensive infrastructure portfolio.
As a key member of The APP Group’s delivery team, WT will provide specialist cost management and quantity surveying services to support the program. Our role will focus on bringing rigour, transparency, and independent assurance to cost planning, risk management and lifecycle value, helping The APP Group to deliver critical Defence projects on time and within budget.
WT has a long history of supporting Defence across Australia, with experience spanning major capital works, redevelopments and facilities upgrades. Our dedicated Defence sector team brings deep expertise in managing the complexities of security, staging and operational continuity that come with Defence infrastructure projects.
