Adam brings over 25 years’ experience working with WT, having initially joined our UK business working in client-side contract administration roles on a number of national UK maintenance contracts including The Royal Bank of Scotland and National Health Service. He also contributed to specialised FM contracts including the London Zoological Society, Manchester Airport and Leeds University.
A leader in his field, Adam has vast experience as a Facilities Management Professional with a key focus on FM Strategy and FM Performance Management. A published authority on Asset Data Capture and Asset Management Principles, Adam applies his advanced technical and personal skills to successfully advise WT’s many clients across varied sectors and widely diverse projects in the construction and engineering industries.
Adam is a State Director for Queensland, based in our Brisbane office.
Since relocating to WT Australia in 2013, Adam has completed Lenders Technical Advisory (LTA) Reports on over $50 billion worth of projects across Australian and North American PPP’s. These have included New Perth Stadium, Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Expansion, Melbourne Metro, University of California (Merced), Brisbane Cross River Rail, and SSTOM Rail NSW.
Adam also brings considerable experience working in LTA roles for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects including for Curtin University (WA), University of Tasmania, James Cook University and Melbourne University, and for Social and Affordable Housing (S&AH) projects, including across the Housing Investment Fund (HIF) and the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF).
In addition, Adam works with many Residential Strata Managers, providing Asset Registers, Long Term Maintenance Plans and Replacement Cost Valuations for insurance purposes to the Australian residential sector.
