Brendan is a trusted residential specialist with vast experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
As the NSW Residential Lead, Brendan brings over 15 years’ experience supporting clients with expert cost management advice in both pre- and post-contract stages across residential and build-to-rent projects. With a particular interest in luxury residential, his flagship projects include Opera Residences and King and Phillip Residences in Sydney’s CBD. His expertise also spans other sectors, including education, commercial and leisure, such as Urbn Surf in Sydney.
Brendan joined WT in 2010 and was appointed State Director in 2024.
