Chris brings over 20 years of international experience in cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial advisory, having delivered major public sector projects across South Africa, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia.
Prior to joining WT in September 2025, he held senior leadership roles at a global engineering firm, where he was responsible for leading teams on complex social infrastructure projects including sports & venues, public & civic, health, and education projects.
Chris is highly regarded for his hands-on approach across the full project lifecycle, ensuring cost certainty through rigorous estimating, transparent reporting, and robust risk analysis. His expertise spans program advisory, contract and risk management, and independent verification – giving clients confidence in both delivery and long-term value.
Chris has proven ability to simplify complex challenges and drive solutions that achieve successful project outcomes. His leadership on high-profile projects such as the Te Kaha 30,000 seat Multi-use Arena, Brisbane 2032 Olympics 100-Day Review and New Toowoomba Hospital reflects his commitment to precision, value, and impact across diverse portfolios.
