Using his experience across the spectrum of building projects, Gary leverages critical thinking to ensure the opportunities on projects are thoroughly explored and assessed, working with the client to reach the optimum result.
Gary coaches his team in both technical skill as well as mentoring on the use of emotional intelligence to develop client relationships and better outcomes on projects.
Gary was appointed State Director upon joining WT in 2017.
