Prior to joining WT, Helay led national business development initiatives for the Integrated Infrastructure division of a Big 4 consulting firm, partnering with marketing and communications teams to deliver growth-focused strategies and secure major client wins.
At WT, Helay leads the Clients & Markets function nationally, integrating business development, marketing and communications, bids and proposals, and research and insights which all play a key role in shaping WT’s growth strategy and aligning market-facing activity across the firm.
