Hooi Shie has extensive experience working across all stages of the project lifecycle, with particular strength in managing complex procurement environments and navigating evolving design conditions. Known for her meticulous approach and technical rigour, Hooi Shie consistently applies strong governance and commercial discipline to support high-quality project outcomes. She works collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver certainty, transparency and enduring value across complex developments.
Based in Adelaide, Hooi Shie joined WT in 2015 and was appointed State Director in 2025.
