Jack brings over 17 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across road, rail, buildings, water, power, and renewables, both nationally and internationally.

With a career now spanning over 17 years, Jack has established himself as a trusted leader in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the road, rail, buildings, water, power, and renewables sectors. His project portfolio extends across Australia and internationally, bringing broad insight and technical excellence to every engagement.

As a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Jack holds deep expertise in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation from first principles, commercial management, and cost control. This foundation has made him a highly respected figure in project planning, risk management, and commercial delivery, ensuring projects are successfully executed within scope, time, and budget.

Jack has played a pivotal role on major Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, where he has provided Lenders Technical Advisory, Technical Due Diligence, Independent Certification, and Independent Payment Certification services. His contribution has been central to driving successful commercial and technical outcomes on some of the most complex infrastructure undertakings.

In recent years, Jack has worked across several of Queensland’s highest-profile projects and clients, including the Brisbane 2032 Olympics 100-day Review, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Powerlink, Queensland Hydro, Seqwater, Sequana, and Sunwater. This experience has reinforced his reputation as a key industry leader driving critical state-shaping projects.

Jack is known for building and leading agile, high-performing teams, with a leadership style that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability. His teams consistently deliver outstanding results while fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

With experience spanning the full asset lifecycle—from planning and acquisition through to operations, maintenance, and asset disposal—Jack brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities. His passion for Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering keeps him at the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices, and he remains committed to ongoing professional growth and excellence.
