Jared manages our Portfolio and Program Advisory service within QLD, NT and WA, providing support to ensure our clients achieve their strategic objectives by developing and implementing bespoke frameworks, processes and systems that efficiently manage project portfolios & capital programs.
Dedicating his career to ensuring clients are best positioned to select and deliver projects that align with their strategic direction, he has experience across the Petroleum/Petrochemical, Minerals & Mining, Healthcare, Building and Infrastructure industries and has worked with both project delivery and owner/operator organizations.
With 17+ years’ experience in management of complex programs, Jared possesses unique insight into how project delivery processes can impact the performance of capital programs and portfolios and has experience in the development and implementation of process and system improvements that directly impact organisational success.
